Nani's favorites

I asked my  nani, nani! "what were your favorite foods you enjoyed?"

She thought about it for a minute, and she told me that gat saeg was one of her favorite foods and then she told me that sarva pindi was her favorite.

My nani also would used to get ghat saeg once in a while from a Gujrathi bakery store. They would eat that often in the evening.

For breakfast everyday my nani would used to love to eat Sarva Pindi.

Sarva Pindi

Boil one cup water, and then add the rice flour, sena papoo, pesrapappo, coconut, and then onion. Take 1 cup of rice of flour, and then put 1 cup water. Mix everything together, and then put the lid on for 5 minutes. After the lid is removed, put it in a plate. And then take some pieces and add water if not then prepare the dough. Turn on the stove, and put some oil. Make 5 holes in the dough you took out. Put oil around.

Make sure you cook it for 5 minutes.

Ghat Saeg - The ingredient used in gat saeg is called Bombay Basin.
