I talked to Ms B, for project roots and she shared many of her favorite memories associated with food. Ms.B told me that she would enjoy the vada anytime and they are her favorite food. She said that she wanted to bring a special grinder from India to make the batter but back then it was very heavy and pricey. She brought one and used for many years. She also said that she loved making laddus also. She shared one story that Ms B's husband also was not aware of, and they were so happy that through this conversation, they shared the new story.
