Mr S's mom's favorite as told to her grand kids when asked , was Chinese fried rice. She loves chinese cuisine and then Mr S's son made for her after learning the recipe from her.

This collection of recipes and stories started as a result of a Girl Scout led community service initiative, "Project Roots", with a mission to bring generations together, while sharing memories and recipes and anything that our elderly want to share and pass on.
