Ms.Marikay's childhood favorites

 I talked to Ms.Marikay about my project, and she told me happily that she used to enjoy pistachio delight made by her aunt Ms Pat and chocolate pudding.

Ms. Mary kay told me an interesting story about how a dessert made by her aunt became favorite of hers, and how it brought her, her brother  and aunt so close together. One year at thanksgiving, her aunt made Pistachio Delight and brought to share and since then, it became her most favorite and they looked forward to having that every year.   

Even now, Pistachio delight is made for every Thanksgiving and Christmas and all her family members still enjoy. Please refer to the sister blog, for this cherished recipe.
