Granny's favorites

 I talked to my Granny about Project Roots, and when I asked her what her favorite food she enjoyed in her childhood time, she cheerfully told me that she used to enjoy "meegada". Now, "meegada" is the stuff that forms on the top of milk, when you boil milk. My mom then told me that In India, milk is typically boiled everyday once they get from the milkman. After that only  the milk is used for drinks such as coffee, tea and other beverages. Milk is boiled one more time, if they are going to make Yogurt from it. I came to know later that the "meegada" is a favorite of my great grandpa also and he used to enjoy it along with many dishes.
